Away from the hustle and bustle but still near the sea!

The finca “Mola de la Torre” is located in the south of Catalonia near Ulldecona (province of Tarragona, Costa Daurada). The finca is idyllically situated at the foot of the Serra de Godall with a wide, unobstructable view of the valley of the Montsià mountains. This location has been inhabited for 50,000 years: prehistoric cave paintings decorate the mountain range, the Roman Via Augusta runs opposite the nearby ancient Iberian settlement, hundreds of 1000-year-old olive trees dot the landscape and medieval buildings stand out throughout the valley.
With 367 m2 of living space and 1.7 hectares of land, the property offers plenty of space for all amenities: 4 terraces (one in each cardinal direction), a 10m x 5m pool, fenced Mediterranean gardens, olive groves, 4 large bedrooms, 3 living/dining rooms, 3 complete bathrooms, 2 recently renovated kitchens and with several convertible garages for hobbies and storage. Of these, a double bedroom, a living/dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace are part of an independent flat on the first floor, ideal for guests. The German owners are putting the finca on the market for the first time in 25 years and are selling privately, without estate agent fees.
3 generations of our family have lived on this finca. Our son grew up here, and spent his entire school years from kindergarden to A-level in Ulldecona.
